Manhattan Dressing
Our Manhattan Salad has a devoted following in Nanaimo, and the dressing is a big part of why. We bottle it so you can enjoy that same favourite flavour at home.
The Manhattan Salad
Crisp iceberg lettuce, artichoke hearts, hearts of palm and red onions, all tossed in our Manhattan Dressing.
More than a salad dressing
- Use it as a marinade for fish or chicken.
- Toss it through pasta salads, including Greek pasta salad.
- Add it to your favourite potato salad.
- Drizzle it over sub sandwiches.
A quick vegetable dip
Mix ½ cup of mayonnaise with 2–3 tablespoons of Manhattan Dressing.
Serve with your favourite vegetables for an easy dip with that familiar Manhattan flavour.

Our bottled dressing is also sold in the produce departments of local grocery stores in mid Vancouver Island.
Sneaky Pete’s Spice
A blend of pepper spices with a subtle kick, Sneaky Pete’s is the rub we used on the barbeque ribs at our restaurants. Rub it onto your ribs before cooking, or try it with your everyday favourites.
